David Booth did write A letter to the rev. T.R. Malthus, an answer to the criticism on Mr. Godwin's work on population in the Edinburgh review, but the copy in the Bodleian Library is dated 1823 rather than 1821. There are no advertisements in the September 1821 papers, but there is an advertisement in The Morning Chronicle on 17 February 1823.
