Godwin and Mary Jane attend the hustings of the Westminster election in Covent Garden, which Charles James Fox (1749–1806), Lord Alan Gardner (1742-1808) and John Graham were contesting. Godwin and Mary Jane attended on the first day of the poll which commenced at 4.00 pm.
