Arnot's Ms (19  August  1800) Arnot, John John Arnot traveled to St. Petersburg via Warsaw, Vienna, and Germany, evidently keeping a travel journal. His manuscript, which probably refers to a version of the travel journal, was read by WG, but either was not published or published anonymously.
